Three Term One Evaluations

Term One Evaluation By Ashlea.
It is amazing to think that it is the end of Term One and there are only three more terms to go. I am excited about the holidays and feel good about what I have achieved and the fun I have had.
This term we have been very busy doing report writing , going to technology (making wind chimes ) and helping at the gala. I have really enjoyed the term any everything we have done.
I have achieved making my slap bar (Term One’s Unit) that was a lot of fun ,I loved technology and completing my wind chime. I finished my mind map about myself and have done an amazing collage of Rosa
My goals for next term are :
·      I would like to get better at maths.
·      Focus and not get distracted .
·      Get my library books for when I need them .
·      Get the data projector and sound system  ready for assembly and make sure they work.

Wow! I cannot believe that it’s the end of term One. I mean it all went by so fast and we’ve had so much fun as well. I’m excited about the holidays. However, I love to learn as well and can’t wait till next term, particularly starting netbal.
·      I’ve learnt so much this term, like for example I learnt about factors, multiples, prime numbers and decimals.
·      I have achieved reading two books in a series in under a month, I am now on my third book and have almost finished. All this reading has improved my vocabulary a lot.
Term one Evaluation – By Sorcha
Term one has breezed by and we have all adjusted to new teachers and new class mates. We have been focusing on Food and Health. We have all individually written a report on a fictional food event. We have also had a big maths unit learning a lot about factors, multiples, squares and have just began to understand cube numbers.

I think I have worked really well on my inquiry creating a product, poster and packaging with my friends. We are all very proud of the outcome. I also think I have learnt a lot about reports and did well with writing my own.

My main goal for next term are to focus really hard on my maths.
